Printing to design tolerance, printing will not be 100% same as design
Do expect an acceptable range of deviation from design to printed goods. For most similar results, do set your files to CMYK.
Sample and small-batch order is recommended for first time
As there might be a different expectation and understanding, we recommend ordering a sample first.
No product proofing unless requested
Make sure you submitted the correct order. You can request proofing, but it will add production time by 2 days.
14 days guarantee for defective product
You can claim defective products within 14 days of receiving them. This includes: mismatch of quantity, variety, defect in printing, and defect in supporting items (clasp, ring, etc)
