Refund Policy

Magihae Does Not Accept Returns, But You Can Submit a Warranty Complaint by:

  • Contacting Customer Service via WhatsApp.
  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory).
  • Proof of Purchase (Order number and payment receipt).
  • Photos of the Product to be complained about as proof of its condition.

All complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product via our Customer Service (WhatsApp (+62) 898 9888 007).
